Dove Metalworks can design any style of gate or fencing that is functional, secure and exactly to your specifications; to suit you and your property. We use sustainably sourced hardwoods, and modern and traditional forging techniques. All of our gates and fencing are handmade in our UK workshop. Automated Gates

• Sliding Gates - If your property has limited space, or you just prefer this style, sliding gates are a good option for automating your gates. Gates can be fabricated from a variety of woods and metal and provide extra security compared to other gate styles. They are very versatile and can also be installed on flat or sloping ground.
  

• Swing Gates - This style can be added to any type of gate. Automated swing gates work best on flat ground and provide a good level of security to a property. The automation is simple, making this more cost effective compared to other automation types.
  

• Above Ground - Above ground systems are by far the most cost effective systems available. They are post mounted and can even be installed to work with existing gates. Although not the most secure option, they still provide extra security compared to a non-automated gate.

  We undertake civil works necessary to complete your project, including power cables, surrounding walls, gate posts etc.

• Below Ground - Below ground systems provide a very secure way to automate access to your property. They are the most aesthetically pleasing but do require excavation to install the automation system. Although being more expensive the system is more durable being underground as it is not exposed to weather.
